Damion’s Achor’s and Anchor’s down combined units were perfect for our extended family, with four generations here for a family celebration of life and funeral. The setting allowed the people who were early to bed, early to rise have their own living space and the later risers have one for themselves. It is so convenient to the beach that even the two year old could walk to and from the beach!

Anchor up and Anchor down worked great for our family of 18. Gave all kids private area for naps. We also rented the 1 bd apt in back for my husband and I. Worked great to get our privacy. Everyone had a great time. Beach was right across the street.

This house was everything it was advertised to be. The host (Damion) responded almost immediately every time I reach out to ask questions. The home was very comfortable and very casual. The 2 separate units were perfect for our group, as we had 2 toddlers who were able to stay in one unit with their families. The access to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we required to make our meals. The washer and dryer in each unit was a Godsend. The large upper deck was quite large (with a view of the ocean) and that is where we usually gathered as a group. The location was perfect for us. As the immediate area had plenty of shops and restaurants, without being too hectic, but it was also only @ 20 minutes from the boardwalk, Broadway on the beach and most of the activities of downtown. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. Damion was a fabulous host.

If you are looking for a good spot for a large group I would recommend Damion's place. It's a great beach house just 2 blocks from the ocean. The double kitchens were helpful as a group could be preparing something downstairs and upstairs. Lots of bathrooms and plenty of places to sleep. The decks were both great with opportunities to just relax outside with the ocean in the background.
