My mother passed in March from a horrible stroke which left her paralyzed for the last 4 years. I decided that I needed a vacation with my kids and their families. I arrived at Damion’s and it was the perfect place for a family of 15. We all had our own beds and we had 5 bathrooms! We were all excited about that! The home was beautiful and the pool was just the right size for all of us. I enjoyed watching my grandkids swim at the pool after a long day at the ocean. We have always loved the ocean so this was the perfect place for us. The kitchen was large enough to make our special breakfast’s and our picnic lunches on the beach. We went out a lot in the evening because there were so many restaurants nearby that we decided to take advantage of that and then go out and did activities withe the kids and shopping for the girls. This house was everything it was advertised to be. The host (Damion) responded almost immediately every time I reach out to ask questions. The home was very comfortable and very casual. The 2 separate units were perfect for our group, as we had 2 toddlers who were able to stay in one unit with their families. The access to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we required to make our meals. The washer and dryer in each unit was a Godsend. The large upper deck was quite large (with a view of the ocean) and that is where we usually gathered as a group. The location was perfect for us. As the immediate area had plenty of shops and restaurants, without being too hectic, but it was also only @ 20 minutes from the boardwalk, Broadway on the beach and most of the activities of downtown. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. Damion was a fabulous host.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Surf Lodge — it felt like it was designed just for us (and our beautiful chaos). The place was so thoughtfully set up and had everything we needed — plus a few things we didn’t know we needed.
We cooked breakfast and dinner every day, and there was plenty of space for both the chefs and the taste-testers. Everyone actually got to sit and eat together.
Our crew was no small feat: five adults and nine kids, ranging from a chatty 15-year-old to a 5-month-old who has not yet discovered the magic of a full night’s sleep.
Damion was an A+ host — super responsive, friendly, and on top of everything. By the time we packed up, everyone was already plotting a return trip in June. The kids were basically ready to call it home.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb was incredibly modern, beautifully maintained, and spotless from the moment we walked in. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, and the decor was just perfect—it felt stylish, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in excellent condition.
The pool was the perfect size for our group of eight, and we spent so much time enjoying it throughout our stay. It truly made the experience even more memorable. Damion was also an exceptional host—he was super responsive anytime we reached out with questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay so much and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and had everything that our large family needed for the week. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and we loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The pictures do not do this home justice as it is even more impressive in person. The balcony views overlooking the water gave us the feeling of rest/relaxation that we needed and the hot tub and pool were great. When we made a mistake with operating the elevator on our first day- Damion immediately got on the phone with us and walked us through how to correct it which was a huge help for my parent with mobility issues. The next time we come back - we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this rental! It had more than plenty of room for the 11 adults and 2 dogs for a great price! Everything was as pictured and meet our expectations. The kitchens was well stocked and clean. The living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all clean and spacious. Loved the blankets that could be used on the furniture for the dogs. Balconies over the pool areas for both floors were great for sitting/eating in the evenings. Overall a wonderful stay and a must stay if you are in the Cherry Grove area. Plenty of places within a 5-10 minute drive to eat or shop.

We had a wonderful stay at Damion’s place! The house is located right next to the beach, making it very convenient and easy to access. The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
Our group had a total of 22 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Damion provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything very smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay for our entire group. We would definitely recommend Damion’s place to others!

Damion is a great host. There was a minor issue with the AC. He had a repair person there quickly and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes! The house is a lot bigger inside than what it looks like outside and each room is true to the pictures. The pool and the entire outdoor space was fabulous. We had 2 dogs with our group and they had plenty of grass space to run around. The house was super clean and organized. My large family had an amazing vacation here and we would highly recommend Damion's home and would stay here again.

Damion’s Blue Fin property provided a great vacation experience for our family. The 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath space was perfect and the game room was a bonus for the kids! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and the backyard space was just the right size. The location was perfect- just a 5 minute walk to the beach! We had an annoying issue with the fire alarm being triggered by the humidity but Damion was very responsive and had a service call out right away. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Bikinicove is home away from home!!! Damion is an amazing host, and his home, space, pool, and location a walk away from the beach, exceeds the price you will pay to rent it for your next family vacation. Then my family includes humans and fur babies, Bikinicove is pet friendly!! This is what really stood out for us, all thumbs up and it deserves all 5 stars. We would choose Damion's place Bikinicove for every future family vacation over and over again!!!
